RESOLVED –
 
THAT, following consultation with the
Executive Director Corporate Services, the Cabinet Member for New
Homes and Community Investment, the Cabinet Member for Finance and
Cost of Living, the Cabinet Member for Better Homes, the Director
of Development, the Head of Property and the Borough
Solicitor:-
 

1.           
The disposal of the freehold interest of the Hammond Street
Depot NW5 2EL, as previously recommended to Cabinet in
“New Homes for Small Sites Programme – Phase 1
(SC2023/09)”, be approved.

2.           
The sale price achieved by negotiation for the site known as
Hammond Street Depot NW5 2EL, for the terms as set out in the
confidential Part II Appendix to the report, be approved.

3.           
The sale of the freehold interest for this site to the buyer
reported in the confidential Part II Appendix to the report be
agreed.

4.           
Authority to execute the transaction documents be delegated
to the Director of Development.
