THAT the following be approved:-
1.
Architect appointment utilising the GLA Framework with a
price/quality split of 20% / 80% for RIBA Stages 2-6 for an
estimated aggregate value of £300,000;
2.
Cost Consultant appointment utilising the Notting Hill Genesis
Framework with a price/quality split of 30% / 70% for RIBA Stages
2-6 for an estimated aggregate value of £180,000; and
3.
Employer’s Agent appointment utilising the Notting Hill
Genesis Framework with a price/quality split of 30% / 70% for RIBA
Stages 2-6 for an estimated aggregate value of £130,000.
