Purpose

This report is requesting
delegated authority to Head of Environment
Services and the Director of Environment and
Sustainability to approve the individual sale and disposal of
the vehicles as they are replaced in line with the
Environment Services contract renewal
with Veolia ES (UK) from 1st April 2025. The
contract renewal included investment in the renewal
and electrification the 130 fleet vehicles for service
delivery.

THAT the Executive Director of
Supporting Communities agrees to delegate authority to Head of
Environment Services to approve the individual sale and disposal of
the vehicles in line with the contract renewal with Veolia ES (UK)
following independent quotes for sale and disposal.
