RESOLVED –
 
THAT, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Best
Start for Children and Families:-
 

(i)           
The continuation of Camden’s comprehensive school holiday
activities and food programme, covering the Easter, Summer, and
Christmas breaks from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026, be
approved, ensuring sustained support for children and families;
 

(ii)        Funding
of £813,610 from the Department for Education’s Holiday
Activities and Food (HAF) programme for 2025-2026, be accepted,
with an additional £80,000 council top-up for 2024-2026, to
support the development of a high-quality, inclusive, and
well-coordinated holiday programme that provides enriching
activities and food support for eligible children and families;
and
 

(ii)         
Authority to deliver the programme be delegaed to Young Camden
Foundation (YCF), ensuring effective implementation, partnership
coordination, and alignment with Camden’s strategic
priorities.
