DECISION –
That the Cabinet Member for
Finance and Cost of Living, in consultation with ward councilors,
declares the freehold interest in 14 Heath Street surplus to the
council’s requirements and approves that the freehold
interest be sold to the purchaser named and for the amount
recommended in the Part II appendix to the report.
That the Cabinet Member for
Finance and Cost of Living delegates authority to the Head of
Property to instruct Legal Services on the preparation, negotiation
and execution of contractual arrangements and documents giving
effect to the disposal.
