On 31st
March 2025 the Director of Health
and Wellbeing RESOLVED –
 

1.                 
THAT the performance of the
contract for Individual Placement and Support (IPS) for clients in
drug and alcohol treatment in Camden be noted;
 

2.                 
THAT the extension of the
contract, via a variation, with Change Grow Live be approved for a
period of 12 months from 1st April 2025 for the sum of
£198,000; and
 

3.                 
THAT a waiver be granted, subject
to approval by the Executive Director Corporate Services, to
implement the variation as it is not permissible under the terms of
the contract as required under Contract Standing Order E2.2 and in
line with Contract Standing Order F3.3.
 
On 4th
April 2025 the Executive Director
Corporate Services RESOLVED
to approve the waiver to implement
the extension of the contract.
