Purpose

This report seeks approval of a procurement
strategy and award of contract to Mobysoft for the provision of a
Landlord rent arrears system called RentSense.
 
This contract will be in accordance with the
Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 14 procurement framework which is
the most efficient route to market. It is at a cost of
£161,263 per annum for an initial 12 months with an extended
Period (Pro Rata for a 6 month period) of £80,631. For an
aggregated value of £241,894.
