Purpose

Following a procurement process, this report
sets out the recommendation to award a contract to Warwick
Landscapes to deliver improvement works to the play area in
Waterlow Park, for a period of 1 year and a total estimated
contract value of £131,500.
 
This report is being submitted to the Director
of Recreation for approval in line with Contract Standing
Orders.
