Purpose

The Council at its meeting on 7 April 2025
approved the Camden Local Plan Proposed Submission Draft for public
consultation and submission to the Secretary of State for
examination. Cabinet at its meeting on 2 April 2025 delegated
authority to the Director of Economy, Regeneration and Investment,
following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning and a
Sustainable Camden, to make minor changes to the Camden Local Plan
Proposed Submission Draft and the Local Plan Policies Map prior to
publication as required, including factual updates, corrections and
non-material wording changes.
 
This report seeks approval for minor changes
to the Camden Local Plan Proposed Submission Draft and Local Plan
Policies Map since Cabinet.

 

Content

THAT, following consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden, the proposed minor
changes to the Camden Local Plan Proposed Submission Draft and
Local Plan Policies Map set out in Appendix A of the report be
approved.
