Purpose

This report seeks approval for the procurement
strategy and the award of the contract to Access Paysuite Limited
for the provision of a Corporate Cash Receipting and Income
Management System (IMS).
 
The current contract was initially awarded to
Access Paysuite Limited (previously known as Capita Business
Service Limited) in 2018 for a period of five years, with an option
for a two-year extension, which ends on 31st July 2025.
 
The current procurement strategy is to
shortlist and to award a three-year contract to Access Paysuite
Limited via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 14
procurement Framework, starting 1st August 2025.
 
The aggregated contract is estimated to be
£140,000 per annum, with up to a total of a three-year
aggregated value of approximately £420,000.
 
Given opportunities to enable wider
functionality in this service area, it is proposed that the Council
reviews the market during the proposed contract to consider future
requirements.
