Purpose

This report sets out the recommendation to
vary the existing contract with Corley Wooley Hospitality Limited
to include and instruct the variations as outlined in the body of
the report as part of the wider Talacre Community Sports Centre
Remodelling Project from the grant received from the Levelling Up
Fund; London Marathon Trust: High Speed 2 (HS2) Community &
Environment Fund and supported from the Council’s Capital
Programme.
 
The Procurement and Commissioning Board have
endorsed the report and
recommendation to support the variations being
proposed for inclusion and
instruction in the existing contract awarded
by the Council to Corley Wooley
Hospitality Limited.
 
This report seeks approval to instruct the
variations to the contract with Corley
Wooley Hospitality Limited and is being
presented to the Executive Director
Supporting Communities for agreement, in line
