Purpose

To formally ‘make’ (adopt) the revised Hampstead
Neighbourhood Plan as part of the development plan for the
Hampstead neighbourhood area

RESOLVED –
 
THAT, having due regard to the equality impact
assessment in Appendix 4 and the obligations set out in section 149
of the Equality Act 2010:
 

THAT the report be noted and
referred to full Council for a formal resolution to make the
Hampstead Neighbourhood Plan 2025-2040, as set out in Appendix 1 to
the report.
