Purpose
This report sets out the requirements of grant
funding agreement and funding dispensing arrangement between London
Borough of Camden, the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the other
11 Central London boroughs for the CLF Youth Guarantee Trailblazer.
Camden will be acting as lead administrative authority on behalf of
CLF, channelling the grant funding from the GLA to the 11
participating boroughs. The principle of the agreement / overall
scheme was previously agreed by Cabinet on who at the same time
delegated authority to the Director of Economy Regeneration and
Investment to implement the details of the scheme.
Content
THAT the Director of Economy, Regeneration and
Investment:
1.
Approve the worked-up terms of the
grant funding agreement between London Borough of Camden and the
Greater London Authority as summarized in section 2.2 to
2.11.
2.
Approve the drafting and signing
of corresponding grant funding agreements and funding dispensing
arrangements from London Borough of Camden to the CLF Boroughs as
summarized in section 2.12 to 2.26.
3.
In the case of both Recommendation
1 and 2 authorise the Council to enter into any agreements or
associated documentation to action each Recommendation.
