Purpose

This report sets out a quotation scoring
process and preferred supplier for the learning and evaluation
partner contract for Central London Forward’s (CLF) Youth
Guarantee Trailblazer. As lead administration authority for
CLF’s Trailblazer programme, London Borough of Camden has led
the procurement process with representatives from CLF and Borough
of Islington on the scoring panel. This contract was procured via a
Request for Quotation with a scoring approach of 30/70 split for
price/quality. It is recommended that this contract is awarded to
Learning and Work Institute at the value of £134,175
(excluding VAT) for a contract length of 10 months.
