DECISION –
 
That the Cabinet
Member for Best Start for Children and Families, having considered
the Equalities Impact Assessment in Appendix 1 and having due
regard to the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010
agrees to approve the Re-commissioning Strategy, which includes a
price/quality split of 40/60 and contract term of 36 months plus
one extension of 24 months, at the sole discretion of the Council,
for an estimated sum of £3,942,270 in aggregate including
contract extension.
