Purpose

This report seeks
formal approval for the mid-term extension of the existing Tier 2
Behavioural Adult Weight Management Service (T2 AWM), extending the
contract for an additional 12 months until December 2026. The
proposed extension is valued at £199,994, with equal
contributions of £99,997 from Camden and Islington. The
contract for this service was awarded to MoreLife (UK) Ltd. for a
36-month term, from 3rd January 2023 to 2nd January 2026, with an
option to extend for two additional 12-month periods.
 
The contract
extension report is being submitted to the Director of Health and
Wellbeing for approval in line with Contract Standing
Orders.

Management Service be noted and the extension of the contract for a
period of 12 months for the sum of £199,994 per annum, of
which Camden’s investment is £99,997, be
approved.
