and the Cabinet Member for New Homes and Community Investment, the
extension of the contract with Jones Lang Lasalle Limited (JLL), to
be a single non-exclusive estate agent of sales and marketing
services for new build market sale homes across sites developed by
Camden’s Community Investment Programme for a period of one
year to 31st December 2027, be approved.
