leasehold properties in three blocks affected by the High Speed 2

In August 2025,
the Council introduced a new senior leadership structure. The role
of Executive Director Supporting Communities has been split into
two Executive Director roles, Executive Director Investment, Place
and Opportunity and Executive Director Homes and
Communities.
For the purposes
of this report, all delegated authority previously assigned to the
Executive Director Supporting Communities, as outlined in the
relevant Cabinet report, has transferred to the newly created
Executive Director, Investment, Place and Opportunity
role.
This report seeks
approval of the Executive Director Investment, Place and
Opportunity (formally Executive Director of Supporting Communities)
to the acquisition of 39 Cartmel Hampstead Road London NW1 3SH as
part of the Camden Council and High Speed 2 Ltd (HS2) Project in
the Voluntary Rehousing Programme for Coniston, Cartmel &
Langdale on the Regents Park Estate.
