Decision

In relation to
Item 9, Euston Area Plan Update, and Item 10, Future Locally Led
Development Corporation for Euston, Councillor Djemai declared for
transparency that she was a resident of Regents Park Estate North
which was part of the area covered by the
proposals.  In relation to Item 11,
Redevelopment of Regents Park Estate North, Councillor Djemai
declared a disclosable pecuniary interest as a resident of the
estate and left the room during consideration of the
item.
