Purpose

This report seeks
approval of the award of contract for grounds maintenance and play
services to idverde Limited to commence on 1st April 2026 for a
period of 5 years plus further extension/s up to a total of 3
years, for a total estimated value of £32.501m.
 
The contract award
report is being presented to the Executive Director Supporting
Communities following consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Planning and a Sustainable Camden for approval in line with the
delegation agreed by Cabinet in the procurement strategy report on
5th June 2024.

THAT the Executive
Director Supporting Communities following consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden to whom this
report is submitted agrees the award of the contract to Idverde
Limited for a period of 5 years (including further extension/s up
to a total of 3 years) for the estimated sum of £4.062m per
annum (£32.501m in aggregate including contract extensions)
commencing on 1st April 2026.
