Purpose

This report seeks
approval of the award of contract for the cleaning and general
maintenance of Camden Council operated public toilets for a term of
8 years with a break clause at 4 years and then annually
thereafter, following an open tender process. The contract is being
awarded to Your Option Services Ltd with a total estimated value of
£2,861,135. The contract is due to start in October
2025.
 
The contract award
report is being presented to the Executive Director Investment
Place and Opportunity for approval in line with Contract Standing
Orders.

period of 8 years with a break clause at 4 years, and then annually
thereafter for the estimated sum of £357,642 per annum
(estimated £2,861,135 in aggregate), be approved.
