To consider approval of the Repairs Policy which outlines
what tenants and leaseholders can expect from the repairs service
and the Council’s approach to managing and responding to
repairs.

was given to a report of the Executive
Director Homes & Communities.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT the Cabinet
Member for Better Homes approves the Repairs Policy set out at
Appendix A of the report and authorises the Executive Director
Homes and Communities to implement the policy, noting that it
consolidates and formalises existing practice and does not
introduce substantive new entitlements or obligations.
