DECISION –
 
THAT the Cabinet
Member for Better Homes: 
 

1.    
Agrees that the Ground and Basement 24 Warren Street, W1T 5LY
is declared surplus to operational requirements;
 

2.    
Authorises the long leasehold sale for the reasons outlined
in this report in accordance with Option 1; and
 

3.    
Delegates authority to approve terms for the sale and
disposal to the Director of Property Management, in consultation
with the Borough Solicitor, Director of Finance and Head of
Property.
