Purpose

This report
seeks approval from the Director of Health and Wellbeing following
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Best Start for Children
and Families to release the 2026/27 Holiday Activities and Food
(HAF) grant for a value of £934,860 to the Young Camden
Foundation (YCF), in line with the Cabinet decision of 14
January 2026 to
delegate annual grant approval and release.
 
The Cabinet
decision delegated authority to the Director of Health and
Wellbeing to approve the annual amount of grant funding to be
passed through and the value of the associated administration fee
awarded to YCF.

THAT the
Director of Health and Wellbeing, following consultation with the
