Purpose

This report
requests the Executive
Director Investment, Place and
Opportunity  to approve a variation
of the contract between the Mayor & Burgesses of the London
Borough of Camden and Jas Bhalla Architects Ltd. dated 9 February
2024 for the provision of Lead Consultant Services on NHSS Package
A: Highgate Road and Raglan Street Estates as support of the design
works to enable planning consent on both schemes. Link to contract

The total
contract sum for stages 0-6 was £697,099 and the total value
of the variation is £42,644, which will be funded by the
existing project ‘Professional Fees’ budget and
currently sits within the budget contingency.
 
This report is
coming to the Executive Director Investment, Place and Opportunity
following delegation from Cabinet Decision (SC/2023/29).

additional fees incurred for Lead Consultant Services provided by
Jas Bhalla Architects Ltd for a total sum of
£42,644.49.
