was given to a report of the Executive
Director Adults & Health.
DECISION –
THAT having
considered the results of the equalities impact assessment at
Appendix 1, and having due regard to the obligations set out in
section 149 of the Equalities Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for
Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care agrees to approve the
waiver in line with Contract Standing Order F3.4 to enable the
modification and extension of the Mental Health Supported Living
North contract with St Mungo’s for a period of six (6) months
from 1st April 2026 – 30th September 2026 at a cost of
£186,888.
