Purpose

Consideration was given to a report of the Executive Director Adults and Health.
DECISION –
THAT, having considered the results of the equalities impact assessment, and having due regard to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equalities Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Health Wellbeing and Adult Social Care:
- Approves the increase in the annual value of the contract from £420,000 stated in the Strategy report to Cabinet up to £536,852 per annum, an increase of £116,852; and
- Approves the award of the Mental Health Supported Living Women’s contract to Supplier A for a period of 78 months (including one contract extensions of 24 months) for an average sum of £536,852 per annum (£3,489,540 in aggregate including contract extensions)
