Purpose

DECISION –

THAT having considered the results of consultations/engagement set out in paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2 of the report, the equalities impact assessment at Appendix 1 and having due regard to the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Better Homes and Homelessness Prevention is asked to approve the procurement strategy, which includes a price/quality split of 35/65 and contract term of 60 months for an estimated aggregate value of no more than £3,355,943.
