Purpose

This report sets out the proposed procurement strategy and request to

directly award a contract for the commissioning of a cloud-based Adult’s and Children’s Social Care Case Management Systems to Access UK Ltd.

These systems will support the Council’s Adult’s and Children’s social care services in delivering their statutory duties, including care provision, prevention, family help, and safeguarding for Camden residents.

If approved, Access UK Ltd will provide the Mosaic and Synergy suite of applications, alongside the replacement of the soon-to-be-retired Abacus product with the new Local Government Finance module. The contract also introduces The Access UK Ltd’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled Evo platform within Mosaic, aimed at improving decision-making and outcomes.

The proposed procurement route will be by way of a direct call-off using the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) 1095 - Software Application Solutions Framework, Lot 12 Health and Social Care Systems.
