Purpose

This report seeks approval for the award of contract for the refurbishment works to five public toilets across the London Borough of Camden located at the following sites: Camden High Street, Lincoln Inns Field, Pond Square, South End Green and West End Lane.  All public toilets at these five sites, ladies and gentlemen's, will be refurbished except for the Gentlemen's at Camden High Street which is the subject of a separate refurbishment.

Following a successful tender process, it is proposed to award the contract to Quinn (London) Limited, who are the highest scoring tenderer, for an estimated contract term of 6 months and a total value of £1,051,680.23, to commence on 15th June 2026.

The contract award report is being presented to Director of Environment and Sustainability for approval in line with Contract Standing Orders.

Decision

THAT the contract for the refurbishment works to five public toilets be awarded to Quinn (London) Limited for an estimated contract term of 6 months for the sum of £1,051,680.
