Purpose

To consider the updated Statement of Community
Involvement, which sets out how the planning service consult and
engage with the community on planning matters.

Content

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of Economy,
Regeneration and Investment.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT, having considered the
Equality Impact Assessment (set out at Appendix B to the report),
the results of the consultation (Appendix C), and having due regard
to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010,
the Cabinet Member for New Homes, Jobs and Community
Investment approves the adoption of the updated Statement of
Community Involvement (Appendix A).
