DECISION –
THAT, having due regard to
the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010 and other
statutory guidance, and having considered the Equality Impact
Assessment (set out at Appendix 1), the Cabinet Member for a
Sustainable Camden is asked to approve the procurement strategy for
the environmental enforcement contract, which includes a
price/quality split of 40/60 and contract term of 3 years plus 1
extension of 2 years for an estimated aggregate value (including
extensions of £4,500,000).
