Purpose

This report seeks approval for the parameters under which
compensation can be awarded to commercial tenants required to
vacate their premises to facilitate the Camley Street regeneration

Content

THAT the Executive Director of Supporting Communities, in
consultation with the Executive Director of Corporate Services, the
Head of Property, the Borough Solicitor and the Cabinet Member for
New Homes, Jobs and Community Investment:
 
1.       Agrees the
parameters for awarding compensation as set out in this report and
delegate authority to award such compensation to the Head of
Property.
 
2.       Approves the
projected compensation spend outlined in the confidential Part II
section of this report.
