Purpose

This report seeks approval for the award of contract for the
Camden Adult Pathway Partnership (CAPP) Homeless Health Service to
University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
(UCLH).
 
Following a direct award process, in accordance with Direct
Award process C under the new Provider Selection Regime (PSR),
which came into force on the 1st of January 2024, Officers are
proposing to award a contract to University College London
Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) for a period of 12 months
from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025 for a total cost of
£244,110.
 
This report is being submitted to the Executive Director, Adults
and Health for approval in line with Contract Standing Orders.

THAT the Executive Director, Adults and Health agrees the award
of the contract to University College London Hospitals NHS
Foundation Trust (UCLH) for a period of 12 months from 01 April
2024 to 31 March 2025 for the total sum of £244,110.
