Purpose

To consider and agree the procurement strategy for the
cycle hangar contract (from July 2024 for a period of up to 4
years).

Consideration was given to a report of the Executive
Director Supporting Communities.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT, having considered the Equalities Impact
Assessment (set out at Appendix 1) and having due regard to the
needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the
Cabinet Member for a Sustainable Camden approves the procurement
strategy, which includes a price/quality split of 50/50 and
contract term of 3 years plus 2 extensions of 1 year (Part 1) and 2
years plus 3 extensions of 1 year (Part 2), for a total estimated
aggregate value (including extensions) of £2.5M.
