Purpose

This report seeks approval to award for the provision of the
Community Partnership Advisory Service to Voluntary Action
Camden.
 
The contract is expected to commence on 01 April 2024 for an
initial period of three years, plus two optional 2-year extensions.
The proposed total value for the initial contract length is
£149,811 (with the aggregated average over the initial
three-year contract of £50,039 per annum). The total cost
including possible extensions is £350,274.
 
The contract award report will subsequently be presented to
Director for Health and Wellbeing for approval in line with
Contract Standing Orders.

THAT the Director for Health and Wellbeing agrees the award of
the contract to Voluntary Action Camden for a period of three years
with two optional extensions of two years (total seven years) for
the aggregated average sum of £50,039 per of annum
(£350,274 in aggregate including contract extensions) and
that the Contract Management Review is undertaken in January
2027.
