Purpose

This report seeks approval for the award of contracts for the
provision of Social Prescribing Service for Children and Young
People.
 
Following a quotation process and an evaluation of the
submissions received, officers are proposing to award contracts to
the following:

•        
Lot 1 – Link Worker 1 (North Partnership lead) to Brandon
Centre for the total sum of £41,000 per annum for a period of
two years (£82,000 in total).

•        
Lot 2 – Link Worker 2 (South Partnership Lead) to
Fitzrovia Youth in Action for the total sum of
£41,000 per annum for a period of two years (£82,000 in
total).

•        
Lot 3 - Youth Led Social Prescribing Activity development to Catch
22 the total sum of £18,000 per annum for a period of three
years (£36,000 in total).
This report is being submitted to the Director of
Health and Wellbeing for approval in line with Contract Standing
Orders.

THAT the Director of Health and Wellbeing, to whom this report
is submitted agrees the award of contracts for a total
of £200,000 to the following:

•        
Lot 1 – Link Worker 1 (North Partnership lead) to Brandon
Centre for the total sum of £41,000 per annum for a period of
two years (£82,000 in total).

•        
Lot 2 – Link Worker 2 (South Partnership Lead) to
Fitzrovia Youth in Action for the total sum of
£41,000 per annum for a period of two years (£82,000 in
total).
