THAT the Cabinet Member
for Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care approves a waiver of
Contract Standing Order C3.1 in order for a new contract to be put
in place with Centre 404 for Floating and Community Support for
Adults with Learning Disabilities from 1st July 2024 for nine
months at an estimated value of £1,416,548.
