On 18th January 2023 Cabinet approved proposals for
the voluntary buyback of leasehold properties in three blocks
affected by the HS2 works. Cartmel, Coniston and

This report seeks approval of the Executive Director of
Supporting Communities to the acquisition of 23
Cartmel Hampstead Road, NW1 3SH as part of the Camden
Council and HS2 Project in the Voluntary Rehousing Programme for
Coniston, Cartmel & Langdale on the
Regents Park Estate.

THAT the Executive Director of Development Supporting
Communities in consultation with the Cabinet Member for New Homes,
Jobs, and Community Investment, agrees to:
