Purpose
The report requests to extend the current contract with
TPXimpact Holdings for the provision of Digital
place-based engagement – Planning Notices, for an aggregated
contract value of up to £2m (excludes initial phase 1 value
of £250,000). Each aspect of work during the extension will
be subject to a Statement of Work with acceptance criteria and will
cover 8-16 weeks (or other period agreed) and be signed off and
subsequently paid.
It worth noting, that funding for this contract is
provided by Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities
(DLUHC), where following an initial bid and receipt of
funding, Camden was successful in bidding for further funding from
DLUHC which will enable further phases to be developed and
completed after the initial contract phase.
