Purpose

This report seeks
approval to revert the
dedicated disabled parking bay outside 48 Canfield Gardens
NW6 3EB back to a general disabled parking bay. This
is following notification from the permit
holder that the bay is no longer
required.
 
This proposal meets the aims of
We Make Camden by improving the quality of life for blue badge
holders, enabling them to live a more independent and active

THAT the Chief Engineer, subject
to compliance with relevant statutory requirements and detailed
design, approves the reversion of the dedicated disabled parking
bay outside 48 Canfield Gardens NW6 3EB back to a general disabled
parking bay.
