Purpose

This report seeks approval to convert a section of
residents parking space outside 42 Gondar Gardens NW6 1HG to a 6.6
metre dedicated disabled parking space for the sole use of the
resident. This is following an application received from a local
resident who meets our criteria for a disabled parking space. The
proposals meet the aims of We Make Camden by improving the quality
of life for the applicant of the dedicated disabled bay, enabling
them to live a more independent and active life.

THAT the Chief Engineer, subject
to compliance with relevant statutory requirements and detailed
design, approves the conversion of a section of residents parking
space to a 6.6 metre dedicated disabled parking space. (outside 42
Gondar Gardens, NW6).
