Purpose

To consider the draft Holborn Vision document, which sets
out guidance to coordinate development and investment in the area,
and to agree the proposed consultation strategy.
 

Content

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of
Economy, Regeneration and Investment.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT the Cabinet Member
for New Homes, Jobs and Community
Investment:
 

     
i)        
Approves the draft Supplementary Planning Document for
consultation purposes (at Appendix A); and

    
ii)        
Delegates authority to the Chief Planning Officer to make
minor revisions to the draft Supplementary Planning Document in
advance of consultation.
