Purpose
This report seeks approval of the strategy for procurement of
contractors to deliver the outstanding and next round schools
condition works. A variety of
condition works are proposed at 6 schools (Acland Burghley
Secondary school, NW5 1UJ, Fitzjohn’s Primary school, NW5
1UJ, Fleet Primary school, NW3 2QT, New End Primary school, NW3
1HU, Primrose Hill Primary school, NW1 8JS and Rhyl Primary school,
Rhyl Street, NW5 3HB).
The works are to be procured under 5 separate contracts to
pre-selected lists of suitably experienced contractors via a closed
single stage selective tendering procedure.
