Purpose

This report seeks approval of the award of contract for the
commissioning of commercial property services using Crown
Commercial Services framework RM6168 (Lot 1) to deliver services
including valuation, acquisition and disposal advice, development,
real estate agency, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease negotiation
and other services required for the delivery of value for money
specialist services to the London Borough of Camden.
 
Following a mini competition tender exercise under the CCS
framework Lot 1, this report seeks to award of the contract to
Lambert Smith Hampton Group Limited (LSH). The contract will
commence on 1th February 2024 for 4 years (2 years with 2 optional
extensions for 1 year each) for the estimated sum of
£3,386,060.
