Purpose

 
This report contract for Business Rates Consultancy
Services. The service will include business rates advice,
assessment and appeals.
 
Following a mini competition tender exercise under the CCS
framework, this report seeks award of the contract for JLL. The
contract will commence on 1st February 2024 for 4 years
(2 years with 2 optional extensions for 1 year each).
 
 

Content

THAT the Director of Development approves the award of the
contract to JLL for a period of 4 years (including 2 contract
extensions of 1 year each) for the sum of
£323,500.00 per annum (£1,294,500.00 in aggregate
including contract extensions).
