The Cabinet approved the procurement strategy for dockless bike hire services with a price/quality split of 40/60 and a 5-year contract term. The Cabinet approved the introduction of a Public Spaces Protection Order for responsible alcohol consumption for 3 years from 6th July 2026, with a fixed penalty notice of £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days.
