Purpose

This
report summarises the competition and evaluation for the Camden
Council’s diffusion tube monitoring 2024/2025. Following on
from a Request for Quote
(RfQ)
involving 3 suppliers. Of those, 2 were part of the evaluation.
After, moderation took place with 3 panel members, MP Smarter
Travel (MPST) emerged as the successful bidder based on the
evaluation with 33% technical weighting and 67% commercial costings
weighting. MPST achieved a score of 93%, as well as providing the
most technically proficient tender.

THAT the Director of Environment and Sustainability agrees:

the award of the contract to MP Smarter Travel for a period of 1
year (including 1 contract extensions of 1 year) for the sum of
£53,934.71 per annum (£108,558.93 in aggregate
including contract extensions).
