This report seeks approval for the mechanism for setting the
pricing for 55 private market sale apartments to respond to current

Content

THAT the Executive Director of Supporting Communities, in
consultation with the Executive Director of Corporate Services, the
Head of Property, the Borough Solicitor and the Cabinet Member for
New Homes, Jobs and Community Investment:
1.       Agrees that
the 55 private sale properties at Agar Grove our CIP regeneration
project will be disposed of at market value; and
2.       Approves the
mechanism for securing market value (having regard to current
market conditions) summarised in the report and set out in detail
in the confidential Part II appendix to this report.
