To consider and agree the procurement strategy for legal
recovery of complex debt cases.

Consideration was given to a report of the Executive Director
Corporate Services.
 
DECISION –
 
THAT the Cabinet
Member for Finance and Cost of Living approves the procurement
strategy, of an open tender process, published in the government
Find a Tender portal, which includes a price/quality split of 40/60
and contract term of 6 years with the option to break after 3
years, for an estimated aggregate value (including extensions of
£3,800,000).
